Won’t recognize my device

Web App will not recognize my Garmin Nuvi. Tried to download, delete, download 2 times.

Back to the iPhone navigation we go. Product is losing it’s edge so the last thing i want is cumbersome App. I have 5 minutes patience with this and back in the closet it goes.
